Support From the Local and Nationwide Levels
SWMBIA benefits fall into four major categories that reflect our mission. We're always seeking new ways to support our members and their businesses.
Working for Favorable Decisions on a Local and Federal Level
SWMBIA, MBIA, and NAHB work locally and nationally to encourage decisions that benefit affordable housing and equitable business practices.
We work with NAHB to prevent the imposition of unnecessary fees and regulations that would disproportionately affect Southwest Montanans.
SWMBIA has worked hard to establish a good relationship between ourselves and the local
government. We're present when the City of Bozeman meets to offer our unique insight.
