KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • HVAC experience
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Basic understanding of electricity, circuits, and how to read basic wiring diagrams
  • Basic understanding of technical devices (smart phone, tablet, iPad, etc.)
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Any mechanical based degree or technical program
  • Experience in Service Titan
  • HVAC: 1 year
  • Read a multimeter
  • Read and use a manometer
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
  • Valid Driver License (non-expired)
  • EPA Type II (Preferred)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Building & maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and co-workers
  • Performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Perform dryer vent and duct cleaning
  • Operates equipment to clean ductwork; cameras, brushes, air hoses, compressors, and HyperVac truck and trailer
  • Ability to load, hookup, drive, back up tailer to jobsites
  • Receive all materials and equipment required for each job, confirm and load them into company vehicle
  • Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
  • Ensure all data for each job is entered correctly through service titan
  • Follow up with clients on repairs and recommendations
  • Order repair parts through approved vendors
  • Other duties and projects that may be assigned from time to time by Service Manager and/or Operations Manager

HOURS:
  • Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Friday optional overtime when needed)
  • On-call rotation - 1 day a week, 1 weekend every 7 weeks
