GigWorx was founded in 2018 to alleviate staffing issues for local businesses and healthcare facilities. Our founder, Matt, started in healthcare staffing after university when cold calls and other antiquated methods were the order of the day. He detoured to Montana to work in multiple industries where he realized the struggle of staffing shortages.

Gigworx was founded on the belief that staffing agencies can and should do better by being more in touch with the people they serve. We aim to ease staffing pains and achieve this by leveraging technology to simplify and streamline the staffing process.

We provide our staff with work life that works with life. Our mission is to help communities thrive by connecting staff with businesses to work together effortlessly. We have a passion to allow our staff to build their schedules, preventing burnout and leading to more effective work.
