2020 PARADE OF HOMES
For 29 years, SWMBIA has organized the Parade of Homes, an annual event showcasing our members’ work across Gallatin Valley and across the state.
Thousands of community visitors tour showcased homes each year. This is an incredible opportunity for SWMBIA builders, associated trade contractors and suppliers to show the projects they are building in our community and the pride they have in their Association membership.

824 Bald Eagle Drive
Peak Fifteen LLC
Tucked away in a mature neighborhood off the beaten path but just 2 miles from downtown Bozeman, 824 Bald Eagle Drive is a 4120 sq foot home situated amongst tall evergreens with a picturesque, undulating yard, a wildflower garden and a pond.
To the east sits a fully heated 3 car garage, one bay which is sectioned off to be used as a Man Cave or additional storage needs. Above it, the ADU has been also fully remodeled and professionally designed. The one bedroom apartment is perfect for visiting parents or rent it out for additional income. The cozy space features interesting lighting and design elements, a full kitchen, bath and laundry with reclaimed lumber accents. Overlooking the pond, mountain views can be seen from nearly every window.
An open portico attaches the garage and ADU structure to the main house via a heated sidewalk. Entering the east side of the house, you will see the new mudroom bathroom complete with a new dog wash.
From the interior spaces to the north, you can feast your eyes on the commanding views of Mt Baldy with pastoral views in the foreground. This view from the large picture window in the master bedroom is as special as anywhere. The master suite includes a dedicated office room, a spacious bedroom, reclaimed accent ceiling, and a hallway to the elegant and spa-like bath house. A door outside accesses the exterior shower and a shade garden. It’s truly a special and rejuvenating space! The remainder of the interior spaces include 2 additional bedrooms and a brand new guest bath with double vanity.

Always an eye for details, from the initial concept through the roof, I have been in the trade since a summer job at sixteen where I grew up in Chicago. The diversity of architecture in and around Chicago allowed me to work on all ranges of projects from contemporary high rises, lake house cottages to historic Victorians. Along the way I have enjoyed the challenges involved with every aspect of each project and the differences these architectural elements pose. With over 30 continuous years of experience in all areas of carpentry including framing and trim to making cabinetry and doors, in fact, we have our own in-house cabinet shop! Our crew is at the top of their game and share the same vision and passion as I do.
Fishcamp Custom is a full service general contractor integrating design, planning and construction.
When we build we are immersed entirely in the project and pride ourselves in communication and representation on the owners’ behalf. Guiding homeowners through a simple, step-by-step process, we enhance the building experience by providing practical advice, flexible accommodation and insight. We have aligned ourselves with the best in the business; architects, subcontractors and tradesmen who share our commitment to quality and are dedicated to delivering a home that everyone will be proud of and that expresses a lifestyle that is individually yours.
