For 27 years, SWMBIA has organized the Parade of Homes, an annual event showcasing our members’ work across Gallatin Valley and across the state.
Thousands of community visitors tour showcased homes each year.
This is an incredible opportunity for SWMBIA builders, associated trade contractors and suppliers to show the projects they are building in our community
and the pride they have in their Association membership.

Riverside Country Club – Cocktails at 5:30 PM, Dinner at 6:30 PM

Parade of Homes VIP Builder Tour
Thursday, September 6, 2018 – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
VIP Coaches will leave from the Target parking lot promptly at 9:00 am
VIP Tour tickets are $50 per person – call SWMBIA at 585-8181 to reserve spaces on the coaches.
