Bridger Builders’ goal in this project was to strike a balance between respecting history, and delivering modern conveniences and style relevant to today’s discerning buyer, thereby breathing new life into this historic landmark on Bozeman’s Main Street. Preserving this building, by transforming it into a truly unique and irreplaceable residential offering, opened its doors to those who sought a contemporary urban lifestyle without conformity. This project was recently awarded the “Innovative Transformation” award from Bozeman Beautification Advisory Board and the Adaptive Reuse award from the Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board.
