Job Summary
Alpine Ridge Homes is a quality-focused general contracting team building residential
homes across SW Montana. We are seeking a reliable Framing Carpenter to join our
crew. Whether you are an experienced framer or a motivated worker ready to learn the
trade, we want to hear from you. We provide hands-on training for less experienced
individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in
carpentry.
Job Details:
● Build residential frameworks, walls, floors, and roofs.
● Use of ladders, nail guns, saws, etc., according to safety standards.
We expect employees to:
● Have a good work ethic: showing up on time, having a good attitude, and
working well with others
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site daily.
Qualifications & Skills
● Experience: Prior residential framing experience is great but not required.
● Trainability: Willingness to learn, take direction, and master new carpentry
skills.
● Tools: Must have or be willing to acquire basic hand toolssuch as a hammer,
square, and tool belt. We provide the bigger tools for use.
● Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, kneel, and stand for long
periods.
● Weather Resilience: Capability to work outdoors in varying Montana weather
conditions.
● Transportation: Reliable transportation to get to various local job sites.
● Reliability: Strong punctuality, consistent attendance, and a positive team
attitude.
