$25 We want energetic hard-working professionals who want to learn about all the insulation systems we install, accompanied by a great team of installers and unmatched standards. We offer in-house and in-field hands-on training and online training courses where the candidate will be CEE (Certified Energy Expert ) Certified, something no other insulation company in the entire state of Montana offers. We are looking for candidates that have a clean driving record, meaning a valid driver's license with no class A violations in the past 3 years, and that have no problem reporting to work from 6am-4pm Monday - Friday with Saturdays being an optional 6am-2pm shift. Attention to detail sets candidates apart with plenty of bonus opportunity and incentives throughout each year. Candidates must be able to lift 35lbs constantly throughout the workday and be able to keep accountability of all tools and equipment at all times. Being good with math is a plus. We start our employees off at $25/hr. and guarantee at least 10hrs of overtime every week.
